Return Policy


Items may be returned for a store credit or exchanged within 7 calendar days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition, with tags, and proof of purchase is required. No returns or exchanges on tailored or custom clothing will be accepted. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on final sale items. Returns will be issued store credit via gift card. For gift returns, a gift receipt is required, and refunds will be issued via store credit. For online orders and returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of incorrect orders. If an order is shipped containing a different item than was purchased, return shipping will be paid by Guild and Gentry and the order corrected at no cost to the customer. If you have received an incorrect order, please email a copy of your receipt and photos of the incorrect item, including store tags, to [email protected] Orders that are returned without a preemptive email are not eligible for free shipping.
