Shipping


Guild and Gentry ships anywhere within the continental United States. Shipping costs vary by weight, speed, and distance, and shipping methods are chosen by the customer online at checkout. For shipped orders called into Guild and Gentry, customer will choose shipping methods over the phone and will be asked to sign and return a waiver to that effect before goods will be shipped. Guild and Gentry vouches for the accuracy of orders at time of shipment; any defect or error in shipped product that originated in-store will be corrected at no cost to the customer, see Return Policy. Guild and Gentry is not responsible for items lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged in shipping, and any claims to that end must be made with the shipping company. Orders placed after 12PM will not be processed until the next business day. Guild and Gentry does not ship to PO boxes, or to rural addresses where USPS does not deliver. Lost, damaged, or delayed orders shipped to undeliverable addresses will not be refunded by Guild and Gentry. For any questions about shipping, please call our store at 601-319-9404.
